Wiki

A wiki is a set of pages that can be edited by (almost) anyone. They have version control and, in Heddate's case, blocks so that people can't edit at the same time, controls so that only selected people can view the document, some special tags to include polls, images and layout.

The most famous wiki is http://www.wikipedia.org/ and that is used for building an encyclopedia. The Heddate wiki is however mostly used for private or public documents, for quick-discussions, for games and for image-albums. One of the Heddate wiki's main features is that there is no list of last edited pages. This means that every member can do what they want in their own part of the wiki without causing any problem.

In the Heddate software there are also something called superwikis, and there you can search for tags, see the last edited pages and much more depeding on the type of superwiki.
